Positive experience overall! Great for shopping here 🛍️. The staff at check-in were friendly, and there's convenient onsite parking. Plus, can't forget about the free wifi!

It's excellent hotel with very very nice staff and free internet. Had breakfast in the bar. The location in the Collinsville area was great and comfy for us.

Everything was superb during 2 days. Loved its nice location really close to the main restaurants, Gateway Center, and downtown. We had a brand-new and comfy room with smoke detectors. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven were appreciated.

Room was very nice and fresh!

The only problem we could notice was the stairwell had wallpaper coming down. Parking was limited also mainly due to construction beside them.

The breakfast was great and the young lady who took care of the breakfast area kept the area wonderfully clean.

We were put in a handicapped room even though neither of us is handicapped and that would have been ok if they had not located a public restroom in the room right across from our room with the utility room right next door. Big commotion and noise before 6:00 a.m. We had the do not disturb sign on our door but housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:15 a.m. anyway. Got no rest at this hotel! Complained in the morning with "sorry about that" from the clerk.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was conveniently situated close to various restaurants and across the street from where we wanted to go. We were able to easily access all the main dining options in the area.

Despite the negative reviews we read, we had a great experience with the pool. It was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a refreshing swim after a long day of activities.

Favourable location not too far away from an all-ages outdoor water park. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Free parking on site provided. A recently refurbished hotel, my first choice in Collinsville.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Collinsville IL. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. I also loved the fact that there were several restaurants, a drug store, and a Walmart within walking distance. The location was perfect, right off I70, making it easy to access. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
